Contract Terms
1. Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment and signature.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 8 days before your event for a full refund, 4-7 days prior to event for a partial refund, and 3 days or less NO REFUND.
3. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
4. Delivery/Pickup: We will contact you 24 hours before your event to confirm pickup/delivery time.
5. Food Safety: All food is prepared fresh and is considered perishable. It is your responsibility to store appropriately upon pickup/delivery.
6. Changes: Menu changes must be made at least 8 days before your event.
7. Liability: Gee's BBQ is not responsible for food after pickup/delivery.
